About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of order entry, order processing, and order shipment
  • Communicate with customers regarding issues such as order status, order changes, and confirmations, as well as any complaints or questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain customer records to include weekly reporting on order status
  • Prepare reports for internal and external sales meetings and customer visits
  • Prepare and issue quotes for House Accounts
  • Identify and target new opportunities within House Accounts
  • Log and respond to Customer score cards/Performance Metrics
  • Create and maintain customer records in SAP systems, including order preferences, product-specific feedback, address information, billing information, and contact preferences
  • Work with Buyers and Planners to achieve on-time customer deliveries
  • Comply with and support all Health, Safety, and Environmental programs, policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • 2 years' demonstrable Customer Services experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Excellent IT skills, including use of MS Office and Excel
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience working within a global company
  • Previous experience with SAP
