The Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid media strategies across various digital channels for clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid advertising, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for achieving measurable results. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Developing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for clients.
- Implementing A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Data analysis and reporting: Working closely with clients to understand their business goals and align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing.
- Communicating campaign performance and insights to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in paid media and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling ad content.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
