Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage customers in a unique and tasteful coffee experience, adapting to their needs to ensure every interaction is elevated.
  2. Act as the ultimate Nespresso brand ambassador, displaying expert knowledge of our products, services, and sustainability commitments.
  3. Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards across all customer areas, ensuring an incredible customer journey.
  4. Facilitate new starter and product launch training, ensuring seamless onboarding and product knowledge.
  5. Take accountability for managing and resolving escalated complaints, providing exceptional customer service.
  6. Contribute to commercial performance by delivering experiences and presenting customers with relevant commercial offers.
  7. Ensure safe and compliant day-to-day operations of the Boutique.
