About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Senior Pharmacist, Acute. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing clinical pharmacy services to patients in acute care settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in acute care settings, including medication management and optimization.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective use of medications.
- Develop and implement policies and guidelines to improve medication use and safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services and initiatives.
Requirements
- Registered Pharmacist with a postgraduate certificate in pharmacy practice or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in clinical pharmacy services, particularly in acute care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop evidence-based recommendations.
