About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Engineering Team Lead to deliver a high-quality engineering service in support of operational targets.
- Complete a full range of maintenance activities across the installed asset base, including mechanical, electrical, and control & instrumentation faults.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production levels.
- Lead maintenance and continuous improvement activities to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a minimum L3 engineering qualification or an apprenticeship-trained Engineer who can rapidly diagnose and resolve problems. You will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, with experience working on processing equipment, including pipework, pumps, silos, and turning equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum L3 engineering qualification or time-served experience.
- Multi-skilled background with electrical bias.
- Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to detail.
- Experience working on equipment from manufacturers such as Sidel, Tetra, Krones, KHS, Adpak, and Sig.
