Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at Quantinuum. As an HR Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our workforce and driving business performance through contemporary processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workforce Development: Lead the development of our workforce to increase customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Business Performance: Partner with line leadership to drive business performance through contemporary processes in areas such as compensation, employee relations, staffing, and organizational development.
  • Special Project: Work on a special project that culminates in a presentation to our top business leaders in the organization.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Ability to participate in an internship prior to completing current degree program.
  • Must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in human resources or human resources industrial relations in an accredited college or university.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities through university clubs, volunteer organizations, and other extra-curricular activities.
  • Prior HR Internships or experience in a related field.
