Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Job Summary:
Willmott Dixon, a leading construction company, is seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Letchworth. As a key member of our in-house recruitment team, you will play a vital role in attracting and onboarding top talent to drive the company's growth plans.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the applicant tracking system to optimize candidate attraction and ensure a seamless hiring process
* Assist in sourcing suitable candidates through job boards, social media, and our company website
* Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and provide a positive recruitment experience
* Track recruitment spend and monitor the success of different sourcing channels
* Coordinate and book recruitment events, careers fairs, and maintain all recruitment materials
* Handle internal and external recruitment-related queries
Requirements:
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and experience using applicant tracking systems (training will be provided)
