We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Recruitment Coordinator to join our in-house recruitment team at Willmott Dixon, a leading construction company in the UK.

About the Role:

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key part in supporting our in-house recruiters to attract and onboard top talent that will drive the company's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the applicant tracking system to maximize candidate attraction and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Assist in sourcing suitable candidates through job boards, social media, and our company website.
  • Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and provide a positive recruitment experience.
  • Track recruitment spend and monitor the success of different sourcing channels.
  • Coordinate and book recruitment events, careers fairs, and maintain all recruitment materials and update them as necessary.
  • Handle both internal and external recruitment-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build relationships across the business.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and experience using applicant tracking systems (we use Talentlink, but training will be given).
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
