Clinical Lead Nurse Job Opportunity

A prestigious care home in Cramlington, Northumberland, is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Lead Nurse to join their exceptional team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards
  • Promote independence and dignity while enhancing the lives of individuals in our care
  • Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards to enhance efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines
  • Ensure a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents, employees, and visitors
  • Support the Home Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Home

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in managing a team, ensuring staff supervision, and rotas for efficient home running
  • Knowledge of quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services
  • Ability to produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Confident in overseeing medicine management on your shift, following company policies and legislation
  • Able to support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
  • Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
