Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer alarms in a timely and professional manner
- Process alarm signals and investigate incidents
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Work collaboratively with security guards, police, and fire brigade as needed
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide updates and ensure their security
