Hours: Part Time Hourly Paid – Up to 10 hours per week / 30 weeks per year

Salary: £11.44 per hour (plus £1.72 per hour holiday pay)

All hourly paid part-time staff receive pay the month following the month in which hours are worked, e.g. hours worked in November are paid at the end of December. Holiday pay is accrued and paid three times per annum, March, August, and December.

The Role

As a candidate with expertise in sports and physical activities, you will play a crucial role in motivating and inspiring students. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with the Student Health, Well-Being & Extra Curricular Coordinator to implement engaging sports and well-being initiatives across the college. Your efforts will contribute to reducing physical inactivity and increasing student participation in sports and well-being activities among both Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) students.

You will work closely with colleagues to promote behavior change towards sports and well-being by designing activity programs tailored to the interests and needs of our learners. Flexibility in working hours is vital to accommodate the students' schedules and the program timetable.
