We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrichment Facilitator to join our team at OnlyFE. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering sports and well-being activities to students across the college.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver sports and well-being programs that cater to the needs and interests of learners.
- Work closely with the Student Health, Well-Being & Extra Curricular Coordinator and colleagues to affect behavior change towards sports and well-being.
- Collaborate with the Student Health, Well-Being & Extra Curricular Coordinator to develop activity programs that suit the needs and interests of learners.
- Provide excellent organization and communication skills to ensure the smooth delivery of sports and well-being activities.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44 (plus £1.72 per hour holiday pay).
