About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Enrichment Facilitator. As a key member of our Student Health, Well-being & Extra Curricular team, you will be responsible for delivering sport and well-being activities to students across the college.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver sport and well-being programs that cater to the needs and interests of learners
  • Work closely with the Student Health, Well-being & Extra Curricular Coordinator and colleagues to affect behaviour change towards sport and well-being
  • Collaborate with the Student Health, Well-being & Extra Curricular Coordinator to develop activity programs that suit the needs and interests of learners
  • Provide flexible working hours to reflect the student's journey and the program timetable
