About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Associated Wellbeing Ltd. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Develop and implement treatment programmes and behavioural programmes under the supervision of a registered nurse and psychologist
- Participate in all aspects of care, including planning and organising therapeutic activities for children
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behaviour
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in staff and clinical team meetings to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children and young people (desirable)
- Passion for working with children and young people, and commitment to improving their lives
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care, professionalism, and ethical conduct
