Key Responsibilities

Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial refrigeration market. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Build and Maintain Strong Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. This will involve excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Monitor Sales Performance

Monitor sales performance and report on progress to senior management. This will involve using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven Experience in Sales or Business Development

Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the industrial refrigeration sector. This will involve a strong understanding of refrigeration systems, components, and applications.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. This will involve the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, as well as the ability to prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Self-Motivated and Results-Driven

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This will involve a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
