Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely and budgeted project delivery, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • Cost Management: Review project costs accuracy, evaluate, negotiate, and finalize budgets to ensure maximum value for clients.
  • Procurement: Develop procurement schedules, prepare bills of quantities and works schedules, and manage subcontract procurement and agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
