About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the Worthing area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to clients, including medication management, personal care, and emotional support.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families, providing a supportive and caring environment.
