Join Our Naval Architecture Graduate Programme

We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our Naval Architecture Graduate Programme, a two-year rotation that will provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to some of the most complex engineering projects in the world.

About the Programme

As a Graduate Naval Architect at Babcock, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of naval architecture. You will work on a variety of projects, from designing and analyzing naval vessels to developing unmanned surface vessel support solutions.

Our programme is designed to provide you with a broad range of experiences and skills, including:

  • Hands-on experience with naval architecture software and tools
  • Collaboration with experienced naval architects and engineers
  • Opportunities for professional development and training
  • Support for achieving Chartered Engineer status

Requirements

To be eligible for this programme, you will need to have:

  • A BEng (Hons) degree accredited by RINA/IMarEST
  • A degree in Naval Architecture or a related field, such as Structural Engineering, Material Sciences, or Mathematics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
