About the Programme

Babcock Mission Critical Services España SA. is seeking a talented Graduate Naval Architect to join our team. As a Graduate Naval Architect, you will embark on a two-year rotation through complex engineering projects, defining your path and identifying placements that suit your career ambitions.

You will be at the centre of our engineering projects, working on a wide range of activities, from naval ships and submarines to commercial vessels and platforms. You will have opportunities to further the field of Naval Architecture through research, attendance, and presenting at industry-recognised conferences.

What You'll Need
  • A STEM-based degree, such as Naval Architecture, Ship Science, or Maritime/Marine Engineering.
  • Security Clearance and Trade Control restrictions may apply, depending on the role.
  • A minimum of 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with agile working options.
