About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Associate Director to join our data team at Digitas UK.

This is a key member role within the Samsung UK team, working closely with Constellation, our Power of One solution for Samsung globally. Constellation is a cross-functional team that partners with Samsung across Paid media, Owned media (CRM and Customer Marketing) Data & Analytics and Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams and cross-agency teams to drive business objectives, focusing on end-to-end journey orchestration, integrated media planning, and deep dive analysis.
  • Lead the team to deliver robust and clever work that creates value, including:
    • Succinctly telling stories that change marketing behavior, media planning, and delivering measurable business uplift.
    • Improving the cross-channel feedback loop between insight and recommendation, ensuring data-informed hypotheses form the foundation of all future activity.
    • Refining and formalizing an always-on cross-division testing program.
    • Breaking down silos internally and with the client, while effectively managing expectations.
  • Manage and grow talent, leading and inspiring the team to deliver high-quality work.

Requirements

  • Ability to navigate client internal silos and work within an agency environment, with a track record of collaborative work with technology, strategy, and creative teams.
  • Experience in managing performance marketing teams across acquisition, in-life, and retention programs.
  • Experience working with media planning teams and strategists.
  • Expertise in Paid Media analytics, digital media platforms, onsite KPIs, and ways of working.
  • Experience with research tools such as GWI, TGI, and YouGov.
  • Track record of extracting insights from data and using them to tell compelling stories to senior decision-makers.
  • Awareness of work ranging from Data Visualization, Media, CRM, Web, and Social Analytics, Statistics, Data Sciences, and Data Engineering.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and understand how different elements, teams, and activities fit together to make clear strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, distribute tasks, manage priorities, and ensure quality delivery on time.
  • Leadership and significant people management experience of driving teams to deliver great work, stay motivated, and enjoy their jobs.
