About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Analyst to join our Data Governance and Information Security Team. As a Senior Information Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments and threat modeling to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical, procedural, and policy advice to business stakeholders and engineers to ensure robust security practices.
- Review requests to ensure they comply with company policy and best security practices prior to approval.
- Collaborate with the Information Security Manager to develop and implement strategic security initiatives.
- Mentor and educate junior colleagues on security best practices and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of security awareness training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our security posture remains effective.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in information or cyber security.
- Strong technical understanding of security technologies and architectures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Experience with security frameworks and regulations such as NIST, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
