About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical device sales professional to develop a specialist business unit within an existing company structure. As a Strategic Business Development Manager at BMS Performance, you will be responsible for driving sales of highly innovative ENT surgery equipment and consumables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UK
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the ENT surgery industry
  • Lead a team of salespeople and clinical training specialists to continue driving growth and developing this business channel
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales materials
Requirements
  • Well-established and successful medical devices sales professional
  • Surgical equipment sales experience
  • Excellent new business skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ideal experience in ENT surgery and/or medical imaging
  • Ambitious and career-driven individual
What We Offer
  • Basic salary: £50,000 to £60,000
  • Bonus: £30,000 OTE + uncapped commission
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or car allowance of £650 / month
  • Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats, health insurance, death in service
