About the Role

The Strategic Planning Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Strategy & Planning Team to develop and implement effective system strategy, planning, and assurance processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and motivated team at the heart of the Integrated Care System.

Main Responsibilities
  • Represent the system internally and externally in respect of system strategy development and planning.
  • Add value to the work of the ICB, directorate, and system partners by building and facilitating supportive and sustainable networks to enable efficient and effective system working.
  • Provide constructive, evidence-based challenge to strengthen the rigour of BNSSG strategy, planning, and assurance processes.
About the Team

The Strategy and Planning Coordinator will work closely with the Head of System Strategy and Planning to design, manage, support, and monitor effective system strategy development, planning, and assurance. This role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Education to degree level or equivalent level of experience in a specialist area.
  • Knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience or training.
  • Evidence of post-qualifying and continuing professional development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
