We are seeking a highly organized and experienced ED3 Project Manager to support the Director of ED3 in driving the delivery of the National Grid Electricity Distribution ED3 business plan. Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Director of ED3 to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic projects and initiatives within the ED3 team.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring alignment and clarity of messaging across all stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Support the establishment of KPIs and metrics to measure the performance of the ED3 delivery team, providing regular reports and analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between all functions and departments to streamline processes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and support the development of mitigation strategies to ensure the delivery of the ED3 plan on time.
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Director of ED3, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of presentations and reports.
- Governance: Support the Director of ED3 in executing effective corporate governance requirements.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience: Degree-level or equivalent business experience, with a focus on project management in the energy or utilities sector.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills: Ability to plan effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to handle changing priorities and demands.
- High level of integrity: Strong sense of responsibility.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000-£62,000, dependent on experience and location, plus:
- Up to 15% Annual Bonus: Based on personal and company performance.
- 28 days annual leave: Plus eight statutory days, with the option to buy additional or sell holiday days.
