About the Role

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is delighted to be supporting a leading Development Consultancy in their hire of an experienced and highly motivated Strategic Planning Director to join their successful Planning Team.

We are seeking a director level candidate with a proven track record of delivering on major complex development projects, and experience in DC or Care Home Developments. The successful candidate will be required to build on existing client relationships and generate new business, playing a leading role in growing the business while developing, motivating, and managing the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on planning applications and assist in the day-to-day management of the office.
  • Manage project teams within and outside of the office on behalf of the client.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
  • Knowledge and experience in DC or Care Home Development ideal.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Precious private consultancy experience essential.
