EKC Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Academic English programme. As Head of Academic English, you will be responsible for managing a team of educators and developing high-quality curriculum content to support the academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Academic English curriculum
  • Manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the college to ensure seamless delivery of programmes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Academic English programme
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Linguistics, English Literature)
  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, DET, CertEd)
  • Proven experience of leading and managing a team of educators
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the college
