Job Title: Implementation Lead Consultant

StarCompliance Software is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Lead Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation services to our clients, ensuring their successful adoption of our software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and configuration needs
  • Develop and maintain implementation project plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
  • Provide expert training and support to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our software
  • Facilitate user feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and gather feature requests
  • Identify and escalate potential roadblocks, working closely with our account management team to resolve issues
  • Transition clients to our customer support team, ensuring a seamless handover
  • Assist quality assurance with software testing and prioritize incidents for resolution
  • Contribute to internal processes for managing development priorities and product roadmaps
  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or implementation consultant in software or information services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a proactive approach to problem resolution
  • Experience with SQL and HTML is highly desirable
  • Financial compliance experience is preferred, but not required
