Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Create a positive and productive work environment that fosters a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ensure accurate stock processes and maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You will have a strong commercial understanding and be able to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.
- You will have a proven track record of leading and coaching high-performing teams and effectively dealing with people issues.
- You will be an effective multitasker who can plan, organize, and prioritize your workload to meet business needs.
- You will be confident in your ability to problem-solve, make sound business decisions, and challenge processes to drive innovation and improvement.
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.
