Store Operations Manager

As a Shift Leader at Tesco Partners, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities of the store, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that the store is well-stocked and clean.
Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Be the face of Tesco, listening to customers and helping to resolve any issues they may have
- Look for opportunities to improve service, including coaching colleagues and providing feedback to the team
- Maintain a deep understanding of store performance and assist managers in implementing actions to improve store operations
- Support managers in coordinating seasonal, community, and charity events
- Stay up-to-date with store performance and look for ways to improve and simplify operations
- Be a decision-maker who is flexible in their thinking and comfortable with change
- Be curious and always on the lookout for ideas and opportunities to serve customers, communities, and the planet better
