About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Create a positive and productive store environment that fosters a culture of customer service and teamwork.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve stock processes, and enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure effective communication, accurate stock processes, and a safe working environment.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to operational and commercial activities.
