Salary:
£23,000 - £26,000 plus a quarterly performance-based bonus

Location:
Kent

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with flexible start times

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized professional who will play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations within the sales department, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Follow up on online inquiries and leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Record job requests in the company’s database.
  • Create and update quotations using CRM/Salesforce accurately.
  • Contact existing clients to follow up on quotes provided by Surveyors.
  • Review and issue quotations after proofreading.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel and Word; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A commitment to achieving results and following up on quotes to generate new business.
  • Previous experience in sales administration is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Competence in prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of relevant IT tools for sales administration.
