Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Administration Executive to join our team at Post Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver a market-leading customer experience through proactive and responsive communication, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our clients, including data management, finance documentation, and logistics coordination.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, funders, dealers, and 3rd party suppliers through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional customer experience and support the wider team in achieving our goals.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Analytical and Numeracy Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Commercially Astute: Strong understanding of the motor vehicle industry and ability to think commercially.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the motor vehicle industry, data management, or administration would be an advantage.
