Job Title: PC/EPOS Field Service Engineer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PC/EPOS Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the North, North East, and North West of England, as well as occasional coverage in Southern Scotland.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients across the region
* Install, repair, and maintain PC/EPOS equipment, including receipt printers, laser printers, and routers
* Diagnose and repair complex technical issues, including virus infections and hardware failures
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and client interactions

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in PC/EPOS technology
* Excellent technical skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
