Job Title: BMS Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMS Engineer to join our team. As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building management systems at client sites across London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintenance of building management systems at client sites
  • Operate within the company's policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and responsible working environment
  • Take ownership of your customer base to meet/exceed contractual requirements
  • Deliver a best-in-class service to customers
  • Work closely with customers to identify operational issues and provide solutions
  • Provide clear and concise service reports to demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric
  • Proactively identify and provide quoted solutions for improvements, upgrades, or repairs
  • Identify energy and enhancement projects to provide suggestions and opportunities beneficial for both parties
  • Advise and assist Operations Managers and Sales with larger opportunities
  • Work closely with your team coordinator to ensure the team's operational objectives are achieved
  • Take part in the team call-out rota and support other members of the team where possible
Requirements:
  • Due to the nature of the role, an Electrical background, BMS, and/or HVAC industry experience would be beneficial but not necessary
  • Previous experience in the Field Service environment, where you had to look after customers
  • Motivated individual who would be willing to learn about the product range our client can offer its customers
  • Strong track record in similar roles
  • Positive attitude and constructive approach
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must
  • Hold a full driving license
