Job Title: Chief Executive Officer
Job Summary:
The Loddon School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in providing exceptional education and care to children with severe autism and complex learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the organization
- Work closely with the Board of Trustees and Charity Leadership Team to ensure the children's safety, wellbeing, and needs are met to the highest standards
- Oversee the multi-disciplinary team and ensure effective operations across two main sites
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the organization's mission and vision
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community groups
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the education, healthcare, or not-for-profit sectors
- Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in special needs education and care
- Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and organizational management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team to achieve shared goals
