Job Title: Adult Care Services Manager

Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Care Services Manager to join our team in Burnley. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our residential service and ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team to ensure individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes.
  • Work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless care and support.
