About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our brand-new adult Residential Service supporting individuals with complex autism and learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing residential services for adults with complex needs, including experience in managing challenging behaviors and communication difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff management and collaboration with the quality team.
  • Ensure the efficient delivery and development of the service, working closely with the Operations Director.
  • Have a deep working knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to complex autism.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
  • Previous experience within a CQC Registered Manager position (Essential)
  • Service specific qualification, e.g., Autism (Desirable)
  • Experience working in a residential and/or supported-living setting
  • Extensive knowledge of CQC guidelines and policies

The role is located in Burnley, Lancashire, and is commutable from surrounding areas.

Interview Process

The interview process involves an initial interview with the Operations Director and Director of Quality, followed by a second interview with the Managing Director and Operations Director.
