Work Schedule:
  • Standard 37.5 hours per week with flexible scheduling options available between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Typical shifts may run from 8 AM to 4:30 PM or 9 AM to 5:30 PM, including an unpaid lunch break.
  • Changes to the work schedule require a minimum of four weeks' notice.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of post-registration experience in nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or paramedicine.
  • Current registration with NMC, HCPC, or a relevant professional body, including a valid PIN.
  • Strong observational, communication, and IT proficiency.
  • Possession of a valid driving license or reliable transportation to the nearest assessment center.
  • Successful completion of government baseline personnel security vetting is required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed reports to assist the Department for Work and Pensions in making informed health and care decisions.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to provide significant recommendations.
  • Participate in a comprehensive 12-week training program, with options for three or four-day weeks.
  • Commence at a salary of £38,500, with opportunities for salary progression and bonuses.
  • Potential for career advancement into positions such as team leader, clinical educator, or quality assurance auditor.
