About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Colleague to join our team at Currys. As a Sales Colleague, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our latest technology products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding their perfect technology solution, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Make every customer interaction memorable, ensuring that customers leave the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Offer additional services such as delivery and installation, recycling, and ways to pay, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
  • Work across different departments and product ranges, developing a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Support the running of the store, completing operational tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Be approachable and friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be keen to learn about the latest technology and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Be comfortable achieving personal sales, service, and customer experience targets.
  • Be confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
