About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a CX Team Member. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing product knowledge, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on all products, including athletic apparel and sneakers, to provide expert advice and recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and operational goals
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of retail experience, preferably in the athletic or fashion industry
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results, driven by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
