We are seeking a compassionate leader to join our team as a Children's Home Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating a warm and homely environment for our residents and staff.
Our client is a reputable provider with a consistent track record of GOOD or OUTSTANDING Ofsted ratings. They are seeking an individual with a Level 3 Leadership Management qualification in Children and Young People, experience in managing a children's home, and the ability to handle pressure with ease.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, a bonus scheme, and a pension scheme. They will also have the opportunity to take on training and qualifications through the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the home
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the home operates within financial constraints
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the home meets the needs of residents and staff
