Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food and beverage service.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the bar areas, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and closing rooms for events and functions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and amenities to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a similar establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of the English language, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
