About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Breakfast Manager to oversee the morning and lunchtime service periods at La Mon Hotel & Country Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Breakfast operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team to achieve maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies to maintain the highest level of quality and service.
  • Effectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back of house throughout service.
  • Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist with Food & Hygiene training and development of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health & safety legislation to ensure a safe working environment.
