This position demands a proactive approach to ensure the consistent functionality and dependability of essential utilities, services, and production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and uphold a quality performance framework aimed at continuous improvement within the engineering and facilities sectors.
- Guarantee the operational availability and reliability of essential utilities, services, and production machinery.
- Formulate and oversee Good Engineering Practices within the engineering division.
- Direct the Work Order Management process to enhance the efficiency of maintenance operations.
- Devise a comprehensive Preventive and Predictive maintenance strategy for all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure on site.
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in leading a team of Maintenance and/or Electrical Engineers.
- Background in a GMP Engineering/Facilities management environment.
- Familiarity with EU/MHRA/HTA/HFEA and FDA regulatory standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of Building Services, Mechanical & Electrical systems, building structure, and BMS, EMS systems and their operations.
- Capability to manage various tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and pragmatic, with a quick learning ability to respond to project demands and priorities.
- High motivation level, strong problem-solving capabilities, and innovative mindset.
