Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Carbon60 as a Facilities Management Supervisor. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the technical team, including sub-contractors. Your primary focus will be on managing and monitoring legal compliant inspections and preventative planned maintenance programmes. You will also be responsible for preparing annual PPM and statutory compliance programme of works, processing test certificates, and scheduling and monitoring inspection and testing programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the technical team, including sub-contractors
Manage and monitor legal compliant inspections and preventative planned maintenance programmes
Prepare annual PPM and statutory compliance programme of works
Process test certificates, schedule and monitor inspection and testing programmes
Support the Management Team with mandatory compliance and statutory legislation relating to the building infrastructure

Requirements:

Minimum of HNC/HND in Engineering or time served technical apprenticeship
18th Edition, C&G 2391 (or equiv) Inspection and Test for electrically biased candidates
FGas, AHU/Ventilation experience desirable
Engineering experience, ideally in a supervisory role
Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team
Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track
Health and Safety qualification (ideally IOSH MS)
