About the Role

Hawkes Resourcing Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects, including PPMS, remedials, pump works, and vacuum tanker operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Quoting & Surveys: Provide detailed quotes for various works, including PPMS, remedials, and pump operations, after conducting site visits and client meetings.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with clients, ensuring customer retention and identifying opportunities for new business growth.
  • Project Support: Assist the office and engineering teams in running your projects, addressing on-site queries, and troubleshooting challenges with job-related RAMS.
  • Out-of-Hours Support: Be available for occasional out-of-hours calls, ensuring projects stay on track and any urgent issues are resolved.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally, keeping senior management informed at all times.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain solid client relationships and work collaboratively with engineers and office teams.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, hands-on approach to overcoming challenges and ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Commercial Acumen: A keen ability to spot new business opportunities and push for growth with existing customers.
  • Organized & Flexible: While the role primarily operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, occasional extra hours may be needed to stay ahead of workload demands.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £48k-£52k per annum, depending on experience.
  • Bonus Scheme: £1k per quarter + £1k per annum for meeting team financial targets.
  • New Account Bonus: 3% of profits for the first year of new accounts, reducing to 1% in following years.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 25 days annual leave, plus an additional day for every 2 years of service (capped at 5 extra days).
  • Company Car & Fuel Card: All travel expenses, including tolls, fully covered.
