Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the HSQE and Site teams to ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and review safety performance, and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • CSCS/CSR Card
  • NEBOSH Certificate
  • Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Recent and relevant health and safety experience in a similar position in the construction/fit-out industry
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders
