We are currently in search of experienced and committed Road Safety Management Specialists to enhance our dynamic team. If you possess expertise in temporary traffic control and road safety protocols, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and upholding temporary traffic management systems in compliance with NHSS standards.
  • Executing mobile lane closures and various traffic management activities.
  • Ensuring the safety of both road users and site personnel at all times.
  • Conducting site evaluations and risk assessments to formulate appropriate traffic management strategies.
  • Setting up, overseeing, and dismantling traffic management equipment and signage.
  • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient traffic flow and project execution.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Valid NHSS certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in traffic management, particularly with mobile lane closures.
  • Full UK driving licence (HGV licence preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to traffic management.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, as necessary.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical fitness, as the role entails manual handling and outdoor work in diverse weather conditions.
Desirable Skills:
  • First Aid certification.
  • Prior experience with a variety of traffic management schemes and equipment.
