As a Project Control Manager, you will be pivotal in driving project success through robust management and control practices. You will report to both the ITBx Managers and the Head of Edvance Project Controls, leading a dedicated team of Project Controllers, Operational Schedulers, and Change and Risk Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities...
- Lead and manage a team of Project Controllers, Operational Schedulers, Change Coordinators, and Risk Coordinators, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for project controls to ensure efficient delivery, cost management, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the project controls team, providing guidance and training to uphold high performance standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of project updates and risk assessments.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, collaborating with risk coordinators to develop effective strategies and contingency plans.
- Oversee the change management process, ensuring that all modifications to project scope, schedule, and budget are documented and assessed appropriately.
- Work with operational schedulers to create and maintain project timelines, tracking progress against milestones and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Lead the preparation for key financial exercises and main contractual activities.
