Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist

At Emcor UK, we are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Assurance team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on health, safety, environmental, and wellbeing matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
